In 2009, the MENIX Group solidified its position in the orthopaedic (hip and knee) market by acquiring SERF<\/strong> (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Etude, de Recherche et de Fabrication).<\/p>\n

In 1975, the invention of the dual mobility concept<\/strong> by Mr Rambert and Professor Gilles Bousquet from Saint-Etienne University Hospital (France) earned SERF international recognition in the hip market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR IMPLANT PLANNING & CONFIGURATION<\/h3>\n

In 2015, OneOrtho Medical<\/strong>, a startup based in Saint-Etienne, France, and specialising in digital solutions<\/strong>, joined the MENIX Group.<\/p>\n

It was one of 110 winners of the worldwide Innovation 2030 challenge introduced by the French government to support creators, innovators and risk-takers.<\/p>\n

OneOrtho Medical makes it possible to design and manufacture joint implants and single-use surgical instruments using rapid manufacturing techniques such as 3D printing.<\/strong> Using bone and implant models, implants are sized to fit the patient’s anatomy, producing unique, personalised prosthetics and related instruments.
